01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OrchidGuard platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services, including our license validation API.

02 License Key Usage

When you generate or purchase a license key through our system, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the key for its intended software.

  • Each key is bound by a Maximum Device Limit. Attempting to bypass this limit is strictly prohibited.
  • License durations are fixed upon activation. We do not provide pauses or extensions for unused time.
  • Sharing or reselling individual license keys to third parties without prior authorization is grounds for immediate key revocation without refund.

03 Account & Balance

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Any balance added to your account (via Admin, Referral, or Redeem) is non-refundable and holds no real-world monetary value outside of the OrchidGuard ecosystem. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

04 Service Uptime & Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, OrchidGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, data corruption, or service interruptions incurred while using our license validation infrastructure.
